Windows 10
When you are finished using the computers, make sure you have saved all your work to your OneDrive or a USB drive. Then, logoff or restart the computer to protect your privacy:
- Click on the Start Button (square Windows 10 icon on the bottom left of your screen).
- Just above the Start Button is the Power Button. Click on it to Restart or Shut Down the computer.
- Above the Power Button is the Account Button (a circle with an icon of a person in it). Click the Account Button to Sign Out of the computer.
WINDOWS 11
- Click on the Windows symbol on the taskbar in the center of the screen (same as Start Menu button above).
- Select the power button on the right side, then choose Shut down.
And remember! Your computer will not log off or restart until you close out all of the applications and documents that are open.
