The Library Computer Lab Technician (Carole Parish) offers one-on-one assistance and helps students become comfortable with using computers at NWTC during Library hours in SC215.  You can also schedule appointments for help in Starfish

Currently enrolled students who may require more in-depth computer skills assistance may be referred to Academic Coaching and Tutoring.

A good resource to start with is the Basic Computer Skills Course, a self-paced tutorial that covers the following topics:
