Answer

Printing multiple slides on one page is possible when a PowerPoint file is saved as a .pdf file.

1. Open your saved .pdf file

2. To print use the key combo of Ctrl-Shift-P

3. Click on “More Settings” in the Print dialog box

4. Now, the PaperCut “Printing Preferences” dialog box will open

5. Find the Page Layout text box and click on the drop-down arrow

6. Pick the number of slides to print on one side: Example 4 on 1

7. Make any other selections you want such as color or one-sided printing

8. Click on OK to close the box

9. Then click on Print

Note: Print jobs submitted via the Papercut Web interface cannot be amended to use this practice.
