NWTC students can get personal assistance related to accessing NWTC software, resetting passwords, troubleshooting browser issues, downloading Microsoft 365, printing from home, etc. at the IT Help Desk for Students webpage.
Library Technicians are also an excellent source for help. You can contact them for help in many ways and even sit down with them for personalized assistance. You can also sign up for training sessions with them.
