The first option is to go directly to the Wisconsin Statutes.
What are the statutes?:

You can browse the Statutes' Table of Contents or use the search box on the top of the screen to search for laws on your topic.
Another option is to do a Google search for your topic. Type in your topic and add wisconsin statutes site:.gov to the search:
