Microsoft PowerPoint allows you to animate text, pictures, shapes, tables, SmartArt graphics, and other objects with visual effects, including entrances, exits, changes in size or color, and even movement.
Steps to Animate an Object or Text
- Select the Animations tab from the top ribbon.

- Select the object or text you want to animate.
- Click Add Animation, then select the desired effect (examples include Appear, Fade, Fly In, and more).

- Apply multiple animation effects to a single object.
- Use the Animation Pane to set the effects options, timing, or order for an animation

- Test your animation effect.
- View a list of animations currently on a slide.
