Answer

If you need a textbook for a course, we may have it in our popular 2-Hour Textbook collection located behind the Library Desk. However, if you do not find the book you want, please recommend the title to the Library staff. They will consider it for purchase.

Currently enrolled students and staff can also request items, such as books and journal articles, through interlibrary loan using WISCAT for FREE! A Librarian can help request items from other libraries for you. The process can take about a week for you to receive it, possibly longer if the material is far away.

*Note: Please request items that are at least 6 months old and that are not current bestsellers. Newer and popular items are not available through interlibrary loan since lending libraries give their own patrons access to these items first. Once the item is at least 6 months old and/or no longer on a bestseller list, you may submit a request.
