Answer

Interlibrary loan books/videos are sent to the NWTC Green Bay Library (SC215) using a statewide van delivery system (through the South Central Library Service, not the OWLS service). You will be notified when they are ready to be picked up in the Library.

If you would like these items routed to NWTC Marinette, NWTC Sturgeon Bay, or a different NWTC location, specify that location when you make the original loan request. After the items are delivered to NWTC Green Bay, we will pass them on to the desired location and they will reach out to you to schedule a pick-up time.

A Librarian will call or email you when your items arrive. Borrowing time for other NWTC locations will be reduced since the item will need to be shipped back to NWTC Green Bay and then to the lending library. However, you can always ask a Librarian to request the item to be renewed if you would like it longer. (Note: renewal requests are not always granted by the other library if their patrons require the item back.)
