Answer

Follow these steps to enroll in a waitlisted class. If a spot becomes available in the class you selected, you will receive a notification to accept it.

  1. Log in to the Student Portal using your 8-digit NWTC ID number and password. (You may need to use multi-factor authentication to verify your identity. (Watch a short video about how to log in to your account.)

  1. Navigate to Classes.

  1. Select Find and Register for Classes.

  1. Type the name of the class and click the search icon.

  1. Select the class from the search results.

  1. Then choose a section that works best for you and click More Details.

  1. Click Enroll.

  1. Then click Start Registration.

  1. Click Register.

  1. You will see an alert warning you that the class is waitlisted.

  1. Open the alert and click the X in the upper right corner to close it.

  1. Click Register again to finish the process.

  1. Click View Registered Courses to verify that the course is listed.
