There are a variety of free transcription resources, including: 

NaturalReader Text-to-Speech Program:

• The free online option allows you to drag and drop files, or type, paste, and edit text.  There is also a Natural Reader Google Chrome Extension. See the NaturalReader Online FAQ for more information.

Read Aloud: A Text-to-Speech Voice Reader is a Google Chrome Browser Extension that converts webpage text to audio.

Google Docs Type with Your Voice Tool allows you to type and edit by speaking in Google Docs or Google Slides speaker notes. Only available in Google Chrome browser

Microsoft Windows Dictation/Voice Typing: Convert spoken words into text anywhere on your PC with Windows 10 or 11.
