Need to resolve a hold on your account? 

  1. Log in to the Student Portal using your NWTC ID number and password. You may need to use multi-factor authentication to verify your identity. (Watch a short video about how to log in to your account.
  2. Click on Workday

  1. Once logged into Workday, click the profile icon at the top right.

  1. Click View Profile.

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click the Action Items and Holds screen.

  1. Click the Active Holds tab to view any holds on your account. In the example shown below, the student has an academic advising hold.

  1. If there are no instructions on how to resolve the hold, please call 920-498-5444 for further assistance.  If there are resolution instructions, please follow those instructions.
