To change your contact information:

  1. Log in to the Student Portal using your NWTC ID number and password. You may need to use multi-factor authentication to verify your identity. (Watch a short video about how to log in to your account.
  2. Click Workday.

  1. Once you are in Workday, click the profile icon at the top right.

  1. Click View Profile.

  1. Click Contact on the left side of the page.

  1. Click Edit and select Change Home Contact Information.

  1. You can then add or update your address, phone, and email address by clicking the corresponding Add button or edit icon.

  1. Fill out or update the country and address information fields.
  2. Click the blue Submit button to save the changes.
