All sessions are led by qualified academic professional coaches or tutors.
Academic Coaches are professional staff who support students in specific subjects. They lead drop-in coaching sessions (for example, some nursing and science sessions), and they can meet with students who need help beyond the content of a course (for example, how to manage their time, test-taking strategies, and how to study).
Tutors are peers or community members who are familiar with the specific course content. Each tutor completes a tutor certification program to best assist students in drop-in sessions. Peer tutors have completed the course specifically.
