Answer

Pay your tuition and fees at any campus location, by phone, or online through the NWTC Student Portal.

To pay online:

  1. Log in to the Student Portal using your NWTC username and password. You may need to use multi-factor authentication to verify your identity. (Watch a short video about how to log in to your account.)
  2. Click Finances.

  1. Click Learn more in the ‘Financial Overview’ box to see outstanding tuition and fees in your Workday account. (You may be asked to sign in again using your NWTC ID# and password.)

  1. In Workday, you will see your Finances page. From here, you can Make a Payment or View Statement.

Accepted credit/debit cards:

  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Credit Card Convenience Fee:

There is non-refundable convenience fee of 2.85% per domestic credit card transaction and 4.25% per international credit card transaction for payments made on tuition and fees.

NWTC recognizes that many students and families appreciate the convenience of using a credit/debit card, and with the rising cost associated with processing card payments, the College wants to continue to offer the option to pay by credit/debit card.
