Answer
Request an official transcript when you need to send your education information to another college or an employer. NWTC will send your records directly to the location you specify.
Order Official Transcripts Online Through Parchment.com
Note: When ordering online, there is a $15 fee per official transcript, payable by credit card only. (If you are ordering online while in the Welcome Center on either the Green Bay or Marinette campuses, you may pay with credit card, cash, or check.)
Starting January 6th, 2025, sales tax will be collected on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This change may affect the total cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location.
Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.
Go to NWTC's Parchment.com site to create an account and choose the colleges you want to send official transcripts to. Watch this short video for detailed instructions. NWTC has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. After your order, you can check the status of your transcript online.

Have You Taken Dual-Credit Courses in High School?
If so, follow the unofficial transcript instructions to verify that your grade(s) are posted before requesting official transcripts. We share this information so that you understand the posted grades and the value of these courses at NWTC and other institutions of higher education.
- If an AU=Audit grade is posted on your transcript, this will not transfer or count toward a credential at any institution of higher education.
- If a High School Articulation/AS course is posted on your transcript, this is an Advanced Standing course that will not transfer outside the Wisconsin Technical College System.
