Use the Textbook Charge Program!
When you order your books and materials by the first two weeks of the term through the NWTC Bookstore, you can choose to charge up to $500 on your NWTC account. This enables you to pay for books and supplies (along with your tuition and fees). To be eligible for the Textbook Charge Program, you must be enrolled in classes in the term for which the book charge is requested.
How to order your books:
- Log in to the Student Portal using your NWTC ID number and password. You may need to use multi-factor authentication to verify your identity. (Watch a short video about how to log in to your account.)
- Click Classes
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click View/Order Books.
- Click the button next to the items you wish to purchase and then click Add to Cart. HINT: You will do this for each item.
- Click Continue Checkout to proceed to your cart.
- Select Textbook Charge Program at Checkout
- After the books are purchased, the charges will post to your student account through an overnight process. It is your responsibility to pay any bookstore charges on your account along with your tuition charges.
*Keep a copy of your receipt in case you need to return items. Charged books will be returned according to the NWTC Bookstore's return policy.
