Yes, students retain their Outlook email account for a limited time after graduation.

Student email accounts remain active for at least one year from the date of graduation or if you stop being an active student at the College. The time period begins the last day of the term you were actively registered in. 

With the implementation of MFA authorization procedures, unless a former student has registered to authenticate they will not be able to access email or OneDrive contents unless they come to the GB campus or a NWTC regional center.
