Answer

The Library is not able to send items directly to students, but you can use Library Search to find books and videos, place holds on items, and initiate Intercampus Loans to have items sent to NWTC Marinette, NWTC Sturgeon Bay, or other listed NWTC locations. If you need an item that is available at a different NWTC location, you can request that it be sent to the NWTC location closest to you for pickup there. 

  • After performing your search, you can use the limit links on the left side to only see Books or DVDs, etc.   
  • If you see the Request it button to the right of the item, you can ask for the item to be pulled from the shelf and held for you or sent to a different location. 
  • If the item is currently checked out, you will be placed on hold for the item and will be notified once it has been returned and is available for you.
