If you are having trouble logging in, there are a few things to check first:

  • Make sure the Num Lock is set correctly.
  • Make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on and you are entering everything as case-sensitive.
  • If you recently changed your password, make sure you are using your NEW password - not the old one!
  • If there is an system error message when trying to log in - try logging in here for Canvas and here for your student email.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Periodically, you will be asked to verify your identity a second way. If that happens, click Next.  

  • If you already set up your security method, you may get a security code sent to your phone or receive a notification from the Microsoft Authenticator app after you click Next.
