The Green Bay Library's hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 7 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. The Library will also be open the following Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm for laptop drop off and finals: May 4th, 11th, and 18th.

Students can use computers/printers in the CyberZone in the hallway during all building hours.

Pick-Up and Help Options

  • Laptop Pick-Up - If you are a student in need of a computer for remote learning, follow these instructions to apply for a laptop. If your application is approved, you will be contacted to pick up during our hours. 
  • Book Pick-Up - Just walk in to find books during our hours or have them waiting for you by placing a hold in Library Search.  For available physical items, click See Full Record/Place Holds and then click Request It to login, select the pick up location, and submit your request. You will be notified when the item is waiting for you in the library.
  • Schedule an Appointment for Technology Instruction or Research Help 

NWTC Green Bay Library

The QuietZone inside the Library is a designated area for quiet study and has extra features such as more powerful computers with dual monitors, standing desks, and desk lamps.

The CyberZone in the hallway outside the Library has printers and computers that are available when the campus buildings are open: Monday-Friday from 6AM-10PM (some doors start locking at 9PM) and on weekends from 6:30AM-6PM.

NWTC Marinette Library

Your library on the Marinette campus is located in the center of the building and accessible whenever the building is open (In Fall/Spring Monday-Thursday 6AM-9:45PM and Friday 6AM-4:30PM. In Summer, Monday-Thursday 6AM-6PM and Friday 6AM-4:30PM). Library staff are available in Fall/Spring Monday - Thursday 8:30AM-3:00PM. In Summer, librarian hours are reduced. NWTC Sturgeon Bay Library

Your library on the Sturgeon Bay campus is located in the center of the building and accessible whenever the building is open (In Fall/Spring, Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5PM. In Summer, Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-4:30PM and Friday 7AM-4PM.). Extended Access is potentially available to credit level students 6:15AM-11PM daily including weekends. Please contact the Sturgeon Bay Welcome Center for details.

Library staff are available in Fall/Spring on Tuesday 8:30AM-4:30PM and Wednesday/Thursday 8:30AM-2:30PM. In Summer, they are available Tuesday - Thursday from 10AM-2PM. (Phone number: 920-746-4911)​

Summer, Breaks, Holidays and Peak Hours

During College breaks & holidays, the Libraries are closed whenever the College is closed (Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Dec. 24th - Jan. 1st) and on Saturdays and Sundays.  The NWTC Green Bay Library has shortened hours (Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-4:30PM and Friday 7:30AM-4PM) during Summer and during breaks when the College is open. 

During Peak Hours (the week before Fall semester), the Library hours are M-Th 7:30AM-7PM, F 7:30AM-5PM, and Sat 8:00AM-2:00PM for laptop pick-up. The Library is also open on Saturdays from 10:00AM-2:00PM during the first week of each Fall/Spring session and during finals & laptop drop-off weeks.
