Answer

The basic APA format for citing a book chapter is:

Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year of publication). Title of chapter. In A. A. Editor & B. B. Editor (Eds.), Title of book (pages of chapter). Location: Publisher.

Examples:

Landis, C.A., & Heitkemper, M.M. (2014). Sleep and sleep disorders. In S.L. Lewis, S.R. Dirksen, M.M. Heitkemper, & L. Bucher (Eds.), Medical-surgical nursing (9th ed., pp. 99-113). St. Louis, MO: Elsevier.

Scott, C. L. (2014). Historical perspectives for studying workforce diversity. In M. Y. Byrd (Ed.), Diversity in the workforce: Current issues and emerging trends (pp. 3-33).  New York, NY: Routledge.
