Why can't I see my classes in Blackboard?

In Blackboard Learn, your classes will automatically become available on the actual start date of the class.  Class start dates for many classes are listed below.  Others may become available on other dates, depending on the start date of the class.

  • Spring 2017 Semester - Monday, January 30, 2017
  • Summer 2017 Semester - Monday, June 5, 2017
  • Fall 2017 Semester - Thursday, August 31, 2017

If the class start date has passed and you are not able to access your classes from the "My Courses" area of Blackboard, first try using the Google Chrome browser to confirm that the problem is not related to your browser.  Students often report that they are able to see their classes after switching to Google Chrome.

If you still cannot access your classes, contact the student Help Desk at (866) 235-5037.
