- Forward Service Corporation - If you are currently receiving FoodShare, you can participate in the FSET Foodshare employment and training program. They help people find and keep good jobs. FSET comes to NWTC Green Bay on the first and third Thursdays of the month in SC133. They are located at 301 N Adams, Green Bay, WI 54301. - The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity ACT (WIOA) is a career readiness and training program for Brown County youth, ages 14-24. They can assist with tuition for in demand jobs. For more information, visit Family Services online or call 920-436-4360 ext. 1397 or 1257.
