Answer

A peer mentor is both a friend and a role model who supports and encourages a student in his/her academic and personal growth.

A peer mentor helps guide her/his mentee through the college experience.

Mentors/mentees will meet every other week.  Once a semester they will attend mentor/mentee group activities.  Mentors and mentees agree to a yearlong commitment.
