Loan requirements for Federal Direct Stafford Loans include completing entrance counseling and signing a master promissory note.

Entrance Counseling is an online tutorial designed to help you better understand your rights and responsibilities as a Direct Stafford Loan borrower.

The Master Promissory Note (MPN) is the agreement to repay your loan or loans, plus any accrued interest and fees.
